Our Fee Structure

 

Each client is unique therefore we tailor our costs to fit the purpose.
Management time is charged depending on the nature of the work required.

 

We undertake certain projects on a contingency basis, i.e. no win, no fee. Alternatively we may deem that a part contingency and part fixed fee would be appropriate.

 

We will undertake work on an 'at risk' basis, in particular in relation to the pursuit of profit and sales and marketing.

 

Our objective, however, is to provide you with a solution that fits your ability to pay for it. We will be in a position to give you an indication if you contact us for a brief confidential discussion.

 

A specialist will conduct a preliminary consultation by telephone or personal visit in the first instance at no cost, fees are contingent on successful completion and a small retainer is required to proceed further.
